Have questions during our presentation? We encourage you to please write your general questions on this padlet and we will address them after our prayer and greetings from our administration and resource team. If you have any questions which are specific to your child and your child’s teacher(s), please enter your questions using this Google form.

Your child’s educators have put together an interactive virtual book for curriculum night which houses all kinds of great information about your child’s teacher, class, routines, programming, and expectations, as well as the best way for you to connect with them and the class materials. Please take some time to review this book at a time that is convenient for you.

School News (Sept. 12/21)

  • Curriculum Night is September 16th at 6:30pm. Stay tuned for the Livestream Link.

  • Arts kits for grades 1 - 6: We are experiencing a delay with these kits and hope to have an update later this week for another pick-up time.

  • Asynchronous work Update: Thank you for your patience as we get this program up and running! By the end of this week/ start of next week, we will have an educator available to answer questions about the work posted. To note, for the kinder asynchronous work, we are focusing on providing non-tech learning experiences and some of them will be outdoors. If you see a card with a forest picture around it, those are our outdoor experiences.

  • Do you have a question for our resource team? Please contact both of our full time resource teachers by email: Noreen Costello and Tammy Doyle.

  • Internet Safety Presentations by Paul Davis: will occur on Sept 23rd for our grade 1 - 3 classes and then our grade 4 - 6 classes. That evening, from 6:00 - 7:00, you will be invited to attend his parent/ guardian focused presentation as well (link provided closer to the date). Together, we will collaborate to ensure our students will be making great decisions online. It won’t be recorded & we highly recommend attending! Here is his bio: Paul Davis

  • We are getting ready to start up our Blessed Carlo Catholic School Council and we welcome you to participate! Our focus will be on improving student achievement and wellness and to promote regular communication between school and families. Meetings will take place on the last Thursday of each month, by Google Meet and will begin at 7:00PM. A form will be sent out soon to gather the names of people who are interested in becoming a voting member, Chair, Treasurer or Secretary. Click here for more information regarding a Catholic School Council in the OCSB! A reminder that you don’t need to be a voting member to attend. We encourage all parents to participate!
